Long Bio
Michelle Hart is a licensed mental health counselor with over six years of experience, dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate emotional challenges and build healthier relationships. Since joining Advocate2Create in 2020, Michelle has focused on guiding clients through a deeper understanding of negative thinking patterns, the origin of core beliefs, and how these influence emotional responses.
Her approach emphasizes active listening and empathy, fostering a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel seen and heard. Michelle supports her clients in learning coping strategies to manage symptoms, strengthen emotional resilience, and improve overall mental well-being. She also helps clients reconnect with their inner sense of self, empowering them to set healthy boundaries, practice self-care, and cultivate lasting self-worth.
Michelle’s goal is to walk alongside her clients as they take back power over their emotions and move toward personal growth and healing.
